Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of NotionDS, including the website, hosted product, and related services.
Last updated: April 2, 2026
1. Scope
NotionDS provides software and related services for turning Notion content into clearer, shareable documentation experiences.
By accessing the site or using the product, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, the security of your credentials, and all activity carried out through your account.
We may suspend or restrict access where required to protect the service, investigate misuse, or respond to legal or security issues.
3. Customer content
You retain ownership of the content, documents, assets, and data you connect or publish through NotionDS.
You confirm that you have the rights required to use, process, and publish that content through the service, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use NotionDS to distribute unlawful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.
We may remove content or limit usage where necessary to enforce these rules and preserve service reliability.
5. Pricing and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing period selected at checkout, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless local law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You remain responsible for taxes, duties, or similar charges applicable to your subscription.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. Where changes materially affect the service, we will aim to provide reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual property
The NotionDS service, brand, software, interface, and related materials remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription or permitted access period.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot legally be excluded.
Our aggregate liability in connection with the service will be limited to the fees paid by you for the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where the law provides otherwise.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or where continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including those relating to payment, intellectual property, liability, and disputes, will continue to apply.
10. Contact
For legal notices or questions about these terms, contact the NotionDS team using the support or contact channel made available through the service.
If you need jurisdiction-specific legal protection, consumer-law adjustments, or enterprise procurement language, these terms should be reviewed and adapted before production use.
